- 4 c. watermelon, seeds removed
- 1/4 c. filtered water
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/2 c. fresh mint, loosely packed
- 2 limes juiced
- Puree the watermelon, water and salt in your blender.
- Divide the mint leaves among your classes and muddle them. Pour the watermelon juice on top and serve with fresh lime or little watermelon slices.
- Serve immediately.
- Will keep (without the mint) 3 days in an airtight glass jar in the fridge.
