(makes 3 cups)
- High speed blender
- Nut milk bag
- 1 c. raw almonds
- 3 c. filtered water
- Soak almonds in water at least 24 hours and up to 48. Rinse and change water every 6-8 hours.
- Give almonds their final rinse and add to blender with 3 fresh cups of filtered water.
- Blend on high for 60 seconds.
- Stain through nut milk bag.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge for 3-4 days.
