Post-Workout Green Juice

(serve 2)

INGREDIENTS:

4 small cucumbers

1-2 oranges

1/2 pineapple

2 fennel leaves

wheat grass

METHOD: 

In this recipe I use my favourite Masticating Juicer in order to squeeze wheat grass and fennel leaves.

Add all ingredients into the Juicer

Mix it and add a bit of lime juice (optional)

The taste is so sweet and refreshing. It is the best post workout recovery drink to feel amazing
