Fresh & Frothy Pineapple-Cilantro Smoothie

(serves 1)
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh kale
  • ½ cup coconut or almond milk (I use coconut milk to add a tropical note)
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 3-5 ice cubes (to add frothiness)

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. Serve immediately.

    If we read this blog, most likely we drink fresh and smoothie every day. And their tastes are the same as a rule. So…it’s cool when we find something new.
    This recipe is very good, fresh and tonic! I tasted it at once after my yoga training and it came in useful!!!
    p.s. I added a little bit honey and greek nuts:-)

    This smoothie is delicious! Pity I couldn’t stick the photo here:)
    Bananas and pineapple turned out to be enough sweet in my case 😘
