I’m so glad you’ve come this far and I hope this is just the beginning of an amazing journey towards a healthier, happier and more energized life. Whatever your specific goals are, I want to help you achieve them using my experience in holistic nutrition and wellness.

I am all about making “healthy” a way of life.  To me, healthy living is more than fad dieting, Hollywood boot camp and the latest antioxidant berry from Costa Rica. It is not just for the wealthy and people who have too much time on their hands. Healthy living is a lifestyle choice that everyone should try because taking care of yourself from the inside is not only the best way to feel and look fabulous.

As a holistic and wellness health coach  I look at the human body as the sum of many parts. My job is to identify the areas that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort and often unhappiness. An unknown food allergy or too much time spent sitting behind a computer can have a domino effect on your entire wellbeing.  By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and addictive substances, even managing stress – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue and even disease – disease is basically dis-ease in the body. My goal is to find a solution for you that fits into your daily routine and that compliments your personality and outlook.

I also teach and help people to transform there diets and lifestyles to vegetarian or vegan way of eating and living.
